Chase has asserted the debt to me telephonically and have informed me that lawyers are in the process of filing a lawsuit, even though the statute of limitations has passed. XXXX have asserted telephonically that the statute of limitations is 7 years and they can sue me for as long as they want. They have asserted telephonically that they can double the size of the debt when they choose to sue
