I attempted to dispute these online via the application using XXXX, to no avail.I never authorized XXXX, Department of Education XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, or Aidvantage to share my personal information with anyone. This was never a loan. I am aware this entry was merely a creation of numbers and decimals, obtained by my signature. As noted in UCC 1-201 ( 24 ) and UCC 3 ( 104 ). This was a consumer credit transaction. An extension of my own credit, as there has been no real money since 1933, therefore all debt is discharged and otherwise the responsibility of the United States. In accordance with 34 CFR Part 99 and the Privacy Act of 1974, I wish these entries to be removed from my credit report, simply because I did not authorize them. These entries are showing a " current '' report status even though some are 12 years of age. I did not nor do I now consent to my personal information being shared. It is fact that my signature secured this transaction. Please remove these immediately, as this is constructive fraud. Reference # XXXX. There are 5 total entries totaling {$24000.00}. XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX are not even credit bureaus, they are private agencies playing with people 's lives. Straight fraud!
