Consumer Narrative
My wallet was stolen on XX/XX/11. I tried to call Bank of America credit card and when I put in my social security number I received an automated message that I now have a new credit card servicer and no longer have an account with Bank of America and I should refer to the letter that sent in the mail. I never received a letter. So I can't close my stolen card. Even worse, I don't even know who my new card servicer is to cancel that. There is no information on line and I can't get through to customer service for Bank of America because I am no longer recognizable. I don't really know what do here. Please help me out.
