XX/XX/08 : Deposited money order at Chase bank ATM XXXX ID : XXXX amounting {$4400.00}. There is something wrong with the machine and received a receipt stating to call chase number if my deposit didnt go through. My daughter went inside the bank and the guy told us to just call. I called and filled a claim provided them all info and money order numbers. They gave me this claim number XXXX. I called again today and was told that they put on hold my deposit as they cant find the other money orders in that bank. They are not giving me accurate answer and I don't know where my money is now. I have all the receipts and copies of my money orders and where it came from. Now, chase is stating that they cant find the whole amount but I deposited all the money orders in that machine.
