This creditor IQ DATA INTERNATIONAL is still violating my rights to privacy of 15 U.S.C 1681. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 -A section 2 states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written consent, this company sent me paperwork from a company they represent with a forged signature, I do not owe IQ DATA INTERNATIONAL Any Money and I demand that they provide actual validation with my WRITTEN CONSENT, I also demand a copy of the contract binding both parties ( IQ DATA & the company they are representing ) In a letter by certified mail so that their is a independent witness to it having been delivered, ALSO IF SUCH CAN NOT BE PROVIDED I DEMAND IQ DATA INTERNATIONAL TO BE PERMANENTLY REMOVED, DELETED FROM MY CREDIT REPORT I also demand a response from IQ DATA within 5 days as listed in the terms of the the consumer book! kind regards!
