XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX has been charging my credit card for 6 months of extra random charges. I contacted them by phone and email and the charges continued. I contacted Bank of America and explained the situation was told there is no manager available, there is no phone numberto reach one, and i can not get an ID, Badge number or any information that i could use to refere back the the representative i was speaking to except a first name and was hang up on twice. My card has been fraudulently charged hundreds of dollars and the bank refuse to help me resolve the issue in anyway but has no problem charging me for interest on the fraudulent charges being billed to my account.
