Card.com closed out my account because I reported identity theft someone fraudulent took processing fees of {$2.00} like every 2mins all day long removed my funds from this prepaid account ending up with almost my entire deposit sent to this account. I contacted the account right away after viewing statement of outrageous {$2.00} & up saying these were all processing fees each time I used my card. But these processing fees were adding up to a 3rd of my deposit leaving me behind in my bills & causing me to become homeless from this terrible circumstances I was never rewarded all these outstanding deductions of processing fees. I wrote the consumer but this wasn't never investigated and they closed my account because I was dissatisfied with service. Agreement clearly stated atm fees only. They couldn't explain why all these processing fees deductions were taking almost my entire deposit from unemployment & last employment deposits were processing fees other then the card.com terms & fees would only be deducted for ATM withdrawal of {$1.00}. These processing fees were on all my statements of deductions of {$2.00} & more being taking out my account. Now my account is closed I can't access my prepaid statements anymore. I never was rewarded this major dispute I wanted to be investigated by the prepaid account Card.com they did nothing when this issue needed to be investigated how is anyone able to take out of my account all day like every other minute it stated processing fees even when I didn't access or touch my account for days. My refund was also sent to this prepaid account the same thing took place somehow more processing fees would be on my prepaid statements
