Consumer Narrative

Hello, Since XX/XX/XXXX I have been receiving emails from US BANK ( XXXX so far ) that do not pertain to me. My email address is XXXX. I do not have an account with US Bank since XXXX when I had a mortgage there. From the emails I've been receiving it looks like someone is trying to open an account with my email and possibly my name. One email it addressed to XXXX XXXX XXXX. My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have called the bank each time I've received an email and have been transferred to the Fraud Dept. XXXX has a different social security number. I was told they may have mixed up our accounts and was given an email to go to and told to write in STOP. My email did not go through. I have attached the emails.
