XXXX someone Zelles themselves {$250.00} from my account to theirs. Promises to provide services to me because their intent was to add their information only not send the money to their account. XXXX services still not provided. Owner says just call your bank and say I never gave you the services & you will get your money back. Dont tell them I sent the money to myself or my business account will be flagged. I call Chase Bank they say they can not file a dispute because I did not receive services. XXXX contact chase bank to let them know this person sent the funds to themselves and promised services but I never received them and person is refusing to send a refund. Chase says they can not reverse transaction because I have phone to person. I only have phone to person to enter their XXXX info because they said it changed I never agreed to pay for services before hand.
