I have asked all three reporting bureaus to delete an account SYNCB/care credit opened XX/XX/2018 charge off of XXXX acct number XXXX. I did not open this account and have tried feverishly to have it removed with no success. I have also called that lender and they said they would do an investigation. I did an online dispute with XXXX and they sent me an errant email saying I cancel the transaction when I didnt. If you can have these removed from my credit report I would greatly appreciate it.
