Bank of America and XXXX are refusing to return money that was stolen from my checking account using XXXX. I was a victim of theft on XX/XX/2022 in XXXX XXXX, LA. My cell phone, credit cards, debit cards, driver 's license were all stolen. I filed a police report with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Bank of America did not remove my phone # from my account after their customer support indicated they did. THEY CONTINUED TO ALLOW THE THIEVE ( XXXX ) TO USE MY STOLEN MOBILE PHONE TO RECEIVE THE SMS 2 FACTOR AUTHENTICATION CODE AND GET INTO MY ONLINE BANK OF AMERICA ACCOUNT. These transactions were not initiated and were not authorized by me. My Phone was stolen.
