I deposited a check to Chase bank for {$1500.00}. I was told since it was made out to XXXX XXXX instead of XXXX XXXX it was placed on hold. Then, without warning my account was closed and the funds were frozen. They didnt send me any mail about it, either, per law. Ive spent hours on the phone and in the branch without any resolution. They are telling me that they can not verify the funds. Im out {$1500.00} of my hard earned money. Im sick. This is the middle of a pandemic. I need help please. Thank you very much! XXXX XXXX
