XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX THIS ACCOUNT WAS OPENEDAND FRAUDULENTLY USED, AND THE FUNDS WERE MISAPPROPRIATED, I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS IN AN ATTEMPT TO RECOVER MY FUNDS, WHICH BY LAW WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FDIC INSURED, DURING THIS PERIOD I WAS XXXXXXXX FROM XXXX THIS WAS VERIFIED BY NETSPEND STAFF BY AND THROUGH THE VETERANS ADMINISTRATION DURING A CALL WITH REPRESENTATIVE " XXXX XXXX ON XXXX THERE WAS AN INDEBTEDNESS APPLIED TO MYSELF FOR THESE PAYMENTS THAT WENT TO THIS ACCOUNT, A POLICE REPORT WAS GENERATED XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX WHICH WAS IN REGARD TO IDENTITY THEFT TO XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MY COMPLAINT IS IN REGARD TO NETSPEND NOT BEING DILIGENT IN RETURNING MY FUNDS TO ME REGARDING THE IDENTITY THEFT, I WAS CLEARLY XXXX DURING THAT TIME AND COULD NOT HAVE POSSIBLY MADE ANY OF THE TRANSACTIONS.
