J.P. Morgan Chase Bank decided that I was a security risk and locked out all my accounts. No explanation was provided. I am a long-time Chase customer ( XXXX years ) and a " Chase Private Client, '' for whatever that is worth. No explanation was provided. No fraudulent transaction was flagged. Yet, two days before the beginning of the new month, on XX/XX/XXXX, Chase decided to lock me out of my own accounts. That same day, Chase informed me that they made the decision not to continue to do business with me. I asked for reconsideration and have received no response. I have asked to close my accounts and be provided with cashier 's checks for all of my accounts ( I have both personal and business accounts at Chase ), but was denied. While XXXX XXXX XXXX, of the Chase Global Security Team, advised me via email to go to a branch and close out my account to get my funds, the local branch in XXXX, New Jersey refused to do so. I have emailed multiple times, attached to this complaint. Chase 's restriction on my account has caused far-reaching damage to myself and my businesses. I can not receive rent from tenants, pay bills and other obligations, or transact business.
