I had my child in XXXX of 2021 and was taken off of my employment payroll accidentally and had to wait to receive my paid parental leave. I contacted Chase for both three of my credit cards because I would not be able to make payments on time. This was also during the time I got XXXX with my XXXX month old in XXXX of 2021 and the federal government mandated that credit companies offer covid relief for payment deferments. I was told many times by Chase not to worry ( even made payments as much as I could with my savings I had and receiving no income with a newborn and they refunded me/reversed the late fees ). In the months of XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XX/XX/2021 Chase discriminated against me for having a XXXX and XXXX being unable to make on-time payments because my job was delayed in paying me and Chase charged me late fees in each of those months ( even when I made smaller payments with everything I had ) and also reported the late payments to my credit reports which caused me financial hardship. I have hard these cards for almost a decade and made XXXX late payments prior to this and its disgusting how I am being treated as a customer. I am trying to buy my childhood home now after my father passed away in XXXX of 2021 and the credit reporting from Chase discriminating against me is making my hardship worse and more difficult during this already difficult time by affecting my credit score and ability to purchase my childhood home through my fathers estate.
