At the end of XXXX I received a letter stating my account would be closed and an investigation would be conducted to determine if there was any fraudulent activity. The letter stated N0 withdrawals or deposits could be made into the account. Ovdn XX/XX/2022 the XXXX XXXX XXXX deposited funds into the account and the funds were accepted, but I was not able to access them. I was told once the investigation was complete the funds would be mailed to me. It has been nearly 5 months and they are still holding my funds. I have contacted the bank and been told many different things, but no one can tell me why my funds have not been sent and when I may get these funds,
