Claim for interrupted travel sent in and rejected. Resubmitted claim with appeals letter and additional documentation 4 additional times with the case number and appeal noted in the subject line. I received a confirmation email after each one. No one has ever contacted me so I called again and waited for 2 hrs on hold. Documentation was not received per the associate I spoke to. Was told two different emails to send info to. Sent information to both emails and they are not received again. I am getting no where with Chase Benefits and this has been going on since XXXX. Not sure where to go next. Thank you XXXX XXXX
