I've received a notice from Constar Financial Services LLC regarding an alleged debt whom has violated the FDCPA by infringing on my rights to privacy. As a consumer I have not extended credit to Constar Financial Services LLC. They have have identified themselves as debt collectors and are attempting to collect a debt. It is a violation to state that a consumer owes a debt in reference to 15 United States Code 1692e ( 2 ) ( A ). I have exhibit from Constar Financial Services LLC where I marked all of the violations along with my invoice showing that how much they are civilly liable to me as a consumer.
