On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX, I went to the chase bank ATM and deposit {$700.00} when I put money in the ATM the system rebooted as shown in the pictures provided. The system did not give me a receipt or give me my cash back. I then called chase to file a claim and they credit my account the next business day. Today XX/XX/XXXX I see my account is negative {$700.00}. I then called chase and spoke to the supervisor all she could tell me was they counted the money and all the money is accounted for that is impossible because if they did look at the cameras they can see I deposit this money in the ATM. I am wanting to fight this because I do not have {$700.00} dollars to just throw away. If needed i can also provided phone logs of me calling chase bank.
