On XX/XX/2022 my automatic payment of {$450.00} was scheduled, in addition I authorized an additional payment of {$500.00} for a total of {$950.00}. However, when they pulled the payments from my bank account on XX/XX/2022 they pulled two payments of {$450.00} and one payment of {$500.00} for a total of {$1300.00}. After contacting the company they have extensively tried to tell me that I set up 2 separate auto payments for the regular installment amount, which is completely untrue. They also insist that it will take 30 days for them to refund the unauthorized payment. It is completely ridiculous that a bank can hold my money, that they took without my authorization, XXXX for a month. They have repeatedly told me that it is the only thing they can do.
