I received an alert from XXXX on XX/XX/2022 my home mortgage increased by {$4300.00}. My mortgage balance was {$330000.00}. I have called SPS Mortgage Servicing to find out why they are reporting this increase to XXXX. They tell me they are not reporting this increase in my mortgage as there is no increase for my mortgage. XXXX tells me they are getting this information from SPS Loan Services. Now I am caught in the middle of this, as it reduces my credit score showing an increase of balances on my credit file with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. To this day, no one is able to fix this for me. It is false information and it is holding me up from achieving a refinance for my home mortgage. What resources do I have to get this false reporting fixed?
