I had a fraudulent transaction come out of my Netspend bank account on XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX, the amount was XXXX i immediately called my bank and tried to dispute the transaction but they took no action. I spoke with a supervisor on that date along with a representative with the bank. After an hour on the phone they claimed their was a dispute placed. They also claimed that on Monday the charge would be reversed and I would have access to those funds. Today is XX/XX/XXXX and we still do not have those funds. I called again today and tried to repeat the dispute and was told XXXX was never filed that Friday. They placed a dispute today and said it could take 10 days before any action happens.
