I owned a Netspend card to which I lost on XX/XX/XXXX in the morning. Around XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX I was charged XXXX dollars from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX Card ending in XXXX - {$28.00} PENDING It is still pending but I contacted Netspend XXXX had to reopen a new account, call SSA to make sure my direct deposit goes into my new account and all that. I have looked all over online to see who these people are and with no luck.. I even contacted the number XXXX number and with no luck. Someone used my card and now I have to go thought all of this mess. I am very XXXX off and will not pay for something I know nothing about and never heard of...
