Consumer Narrative
I paid a off my cc which was close to the limit on Monday, XX/XX/XXXX. Sams Club MasterCard took the money from my checking account, applied the funds to my balance, then put a hold on my cc that was not going to be removed until XX/XX/XXXX. There was no notice nor update to me as a customer. Their " system '' would not allow the hold to be removed while I was out of town at a sporting event. I could not get a XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX be made available. I had been a customer since XXXX, but no more
