Im XXXX, I called Santander to inform them to come and pick up vehicle because it was involved in an accident and was not drivable. I did not want to pay for a car I could no longer drive. They eventually came to pick up vehicle and sold it according to their records for {$3400.00}. I did my due diligence and found that the car was worth {$15000.00} and now the bank wants me to pay almost close to what the car was financed for after the sale of the car ( XXXX XXXX ). I am not sure why I owe so much after they sold the vehicle which they could have sold the car for so much more making my balance next to nothing I owe.
