Consumer Narrative

I am charged XXXX interest with PayPal Credit and am paying off one of their loans. I set up 2 payments for {$150.00} one to clear right away on XX/XX/XXXX and one to clear on XX/XX/XXXX or so to get more payments on the loan to eliminate it. I had to cancel the XXXX payment and they cancelled both. I was charged a XXXX fee for a XXXX payment, which again due to their bad website triggered two cancellations. I would like to get the fee reimbursed to me.
