I had to go to the emergency room at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/2022 and after the physician told me that I did not suffer a XXXX related problem, I asked to be XXXX and allowed to go back to work. No one took notice of my request and thus several people came into the room to do all kinds of tests WITHOUT first explaining to me the reason ( s ) for said tests but also told me that ANY AND ALL fees would be covered by my insurance. I found out later that my insurance did not cover all fees. Consequently I asked for financial assistance and FULL CHARITY was granted to me by XXXX XXXX. Now I received 2 letters from Wakefield & Associates asking me to pay {$1100.00} and {$51.00} respectively for XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX WITHOUT telling me Who was the XXXX XXXX and for WHAT? On top of that they charge me a fee of {$27.00} and {$1.00} respectively on top of the amounts charged ..... I had no job nor money to pay for these amounts. I recently got a part-time job for 16 hours per week at an hourly rate of {$13.00} before taxes and other deductions, leaving me barely enough to pay for gaz and food, not to mention that I have a XXXXyear old XXXX mother whom I have to take care of. I told whoever called me the first time to collect these amounts that they should contact XXXX at XXXX XXXX and not to bother me any longer. I need your help to resolve this. THANK YOU!
