On XX/XX/XXXX my account with netspend was frozen for the 5 th time this year for security reasons. And money had come out of my account with a closed card from the previous security freeze. On this day I called and closed my account and disputed the charges. On XX/XX/XXXX I called them again to check the status of my refund. They informed me it should be here in 5 days. On XX/XX/XXXX I called again to check the status. They informed me it should be here in 7 to 10 days of closing the account. On XX/XX/XXXX I called to check the status of my refund check. They informed me that my account wasn't closed until XXXX the XXXX th and it would be 7 to 10 business days until I received my check. I am a single mother of XXXX. I have had to brough money to get me to this day and still I am empty handed. I work for the state and only get paid once a month. So now I have to brough more money to make it another 7 to 10 days. Can u help??
