I applied for a Chase XXXX XXXX XXXX. My application has been denied several times allegedly due to an extended alert from XXXX. I have called the specified XXXX phone number numerous times and XXXX has no extended alert on my account. I tried to resolve this through the Chase branch ( as Suggested ) without success. In over 7 hours on the phone with chase and XXXX hours in the branch, no one at Chase has resolved the issue.
