As of currently the company has turned a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX to my credit report under a debt collection agency called Arbor Professional solutions. Not only was I fully covered under a medical insurance plan that was never billed although presented but then it was placed on my credit report which medical bills aren't even allowed anymore. The company also tried to serve my parents with a subpoena to sue me for a debt that insurance should have and would have covered if proper procedures were followed. In accordance with the fair credit reporting act XXXX arbor professional solutions, has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section section 602 A states I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A sections 2 : it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a a account without my written consent instructions. This is an error that is greatly affecting my credit score, my credit profile, my ability to acquire credit and my overall emotional state receiving daily calls and people coming to my home to deliver subpoenas.
