on XXXX Guaranteed Rate , Inc gave me a Final closing discloser with errors in the K calculations and left off information on the Addendum to Closing Disclosure. Debts did not get paid because there was not enough cash to close collected. Cash to Close from borrower was listed as {$37000.00} leaving out {$13000.00}. This was not discovered until after closing. When calling to inquire why debts didn't get paid the three business days after. I was advised to give it more time that the title company needs more time to process those payments. When calling XXXX XXXX, XXXX they advised they were not going to pay those debts because Guaranteed Rate did not provide them with that information. Guaranteed Rate says they made an error on the documents but are not willing to resolve it.
