I made a complaint with CFPB. Santander has since sent me letters using my name without my written prior consent. Santander treated my demand for removal as an identity theft complaint. I received notice that I put in a dispute but I put in a demand to comply with notice. The creditor doesnt have my written consent nor have a permissible purpose according to : 15 USC 1681 Section 602, 15 USC 1681 Section a section 2 and 15 USC 1666b
