XXXX ( Original Creditor : XXXX SANTANDER CONSUMER USA INC ) has been fraudulently reporting on my personal credit. This account has been addressed with XXXX and Santander under the fraud they have committed against consumers. I have sent certified mail return receipt and still its reporting. This debt with Santander is FRAUD and they sold it to XXXX after they claimed it was resolved. I am so tired and frustrated from these antics. How do they get away with violating a consumer. Please help me!
