Subject : Chase credit card reporting late payment I have two Chase credit cards and on one of them, it was reported late payment on credit bureau because of which there was a big drop in my credit score. Payment was of {$11.00} I was in XXXX XXXX Military Service from XX/XX/2022 to XX/XX/2022 and I had very limited access to my phone. I cleared all my payments on XX/XX/2022 before going to XXXX XXXX. I even set up an Auto Payment for both of my cards to prevent late payment. During the XXXX period, As soon as I had an access to my phone, I checked all my credit cards and saw late payment on chase and paid {$11.00} immediately on XX/XX/XXXX. Looks like Auto Payment feature didn't work for chase credit card. After I was done with my XXXX XXXX, I checked my credit score and found that there was a big drop in my credit score because of the late payment reported by Chase Credit Card Service to credit Bureau. I never had a late payment history as well. Called chase credit card customer service regarding this issue and does not seem to be interested to help on it.
