I received a phone call at XXXX on my home phone. I was awakened, as my family was still on vacation, but I missed the call. When I called back at XXXX to inquire about it, I was asked to hold, then hung up on. I still have no idea - WRITTEN or otherwise- as to what the issue is. I filed with the company 's local XXXX ( with whom they are a member I believe ), and received a canned response from their legal unit 2x telling me to contact the FTC.
