Conns has been repeatedly calling my husband and myself after I have asked them not to. I paid my balance in XX/XX/2022. They are calling telling me that I paid everything but {$60.00} and now I owe {$200.00} because of accrued interest. I offered to pay the {$60.00} that was apparently owed and they dont want to accept that. This balance was paid 6 months ago and they did not contact me for the first time until XXXX. Ive spoken to SEVERAL different representatives from their company and asked why it took them sooo long to contact me. I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling me. They are calling my cell phone, my husbands cell phone and my work #. It is getting out of hand!
