Received a call from XXXX saying they were XXXX XXXX XXXX they also left messages with my husband, mother in law and niece. They said that we have a {$1700.00} debt with BofA from 2011 and if we didnt pay immediately they would sue us for {$3700.00}. We dont have an account with BofA XXXX We didnt even lived in the US in 2011. They keep calling and all the people we know leaving messages. How can I get rid of them?
