Hello, My name is XXXX XXXX. My credit card number is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I made a transaction to buy 2 cases of product in XXXXXXXX but I never received my goods. Then, I opened a dispute in XXXXXXXX with Citibank and they denied my dispute. I don't understand what kind of investigation the bank did but I never received my purchased product. Moreover, the XXXX tracking the merchant provided in the attached letter clearly shows the product is damaged and the merchant has been informed. But I never received my money back. The bank has been negligent in its investigation process. Attached is the screenshot of the XXXX tracking that the merchant provided. Please open an investigation and refund my money. Thanks
