So the previous complaint I filed with JPay. I received a call from a 800 number. And clearly they know that the phone companies block numbers that are scams likely. They are aware of this because this is one of the problems with them. So naturally I missed the call. XXXX from corporate leaves me yet another 800. Number to call her back on. In which is the customer service number that has no way of even contacting any one in corporate. The supervisor XXXX clearly told me there is nothing he can do and he has no way to contact them other then an email. XXXX XXXX also stated she would be five if me a call back this morning. It is XXXX no call. I have tried time and time again to contact them. I have played by all their rules. I have invested over XXXX with them. And I am not even able to communicate with them. But I guess that's what happens when the CEO is in federal prison for all of this,
