I had a credit line with Amazon XXXX. It was suddenly reduced from XXXX to XXXX because Synchrony Bank punished me for not having information it never asked me to provide in the first place. I called Synchrony Bank to dispute but was directed to XXXX. Synchrony Bank said it would return the credit line if it received notification from XXXX did not have a live person to speak to, but only directed to an automated appeals portal. The automated portal only kept sending me credit reports which appear on my credit report affecting my credit score. The automated appeals portal did respond to my inquiries. It was became a closed loop, systemically pushing me into a worse credit score through reducing my credit, tacking on credit reports and not providing dispute help.
