Consumer Narrative

My bank account was closed and no other information was given to me. I have been an established customer since 2001 with no issues. I was told that this was discriminatory practice. I went inside the back to clear things up and they also were confused as to why my account was just closed and labeled me as an " Established Customer ''. No bounce checks no fraud nothing was observed. I was not able to get money out without waiting for an extended period of time and I would like answers because I did nothing wrong to deserve this.
