As of XX/XX/XXXX this is the company 's response. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond. XXXX XXXX is correct that she originally obtained a loan from AmeriCash Loans for {$600.00} in XX/XX/XXXX. However, XXXX XXXX subsequently refinanced that loan in XX/XX/XXXX. Due to XXXX XXXX failure to timely make all scheduled loan payments on her XX/XX/XXXX loan, AmeriCashs counsel filed a collection action against XXXX XXXX for the outstanding balance of that loan. As a courtesy, AmeriCash has decided to release the wage garnishment for the remainder of the balance, mark the judgment as satisfied, and close the account. As of XX/XX/XXXX, I received a document from my employer regarding an amended/balance update that this agency is looking to collect an additional {$1900.00}. There has not been any documents received that the loan is closed and paid off.
