On or about XX/XX/XXXX I went to deposit a check to my business account at Chase bank, at which point the teller said that my account is " restricted '' and can not accept any deposits or pay any checks. The bank manager wasn't sure why that is the case, since there was more than enough money in the account. The message in their system said that some information is missing. I spent most of the day filling out all kinds of paperwork, even though this account has been open since XXXX. In the meantime, the bank bounced some payroll checks, tax payment to the IRS and XXXX, child support payment for one of my employees, etc. After the account was reactivated, I asked for the letter explaining why this happened. Bank manager said that someone would contact me. To date, no one did.
