I recently refinanced my home and closed on Thursday XXXX XXXX. I was supposed to receive fund disbursements following the closing and I've yet receive any funds. I have spoken to XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and Rocket Mortgage as they are the parties involved. I have attempted several calls with messages and sent emails to XXXX 's dispersement representative XXXX XXXX and He has not responded to my concerns. It is approaching 2 weeks and I have a mortgage due with the prior mortgage holder that has not been satisfied and paid from XXXX. I need a resolution ASAP as XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and Rocket Mortgage appears NOT to be concerned. Please help with getting a complete resolution regarding this matter..Thanks!
