Hello, its been Two weeks since Ive been able to access my account, they said in the beginning it will take a week to withhold my funds because they wanted me to send my ID in. So I did, at that time, they told me to call back on a Monday ( it was Friday ), so I did. They said call back next week. So then I asked about the funds in my account, they couldnt tell me. I hope this gets resolved quickly. USAA is a bad company. They told me to keep calling everyday and nobody is helpful.
