FEDLOAN has 4 entries on my credit report that I tried to get removed and/or updated as they are not reporting accurate information per the FCRA requirements. As you can see from the attached credit report, creditors have been reporting a 2-year history. The time frame that should be reported should be XX/XX/XXXX down to XX/XX/XXXX. I've requested it be updated once before with no success. I asked that it be deleted for inaccuracies or updated and there was no resolution. I filled out a borrower defense application form back in XXXX. Per the XXXX Credit report, the balance decreased and then it was increased again along with a new entry from a company called DPT EDXXXX. There was no explanation as to who this company is and why it was added if my XXXX XXXX XXXX application was reviewed and approved.
