In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act XXXX Account, has violated my rights. 15 USC 1681 Section 602 states I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 USC 1666B : A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. Debt Dispute Violations by CRAs : They have reported late payments when I paid timely and in full accordance with my loan and XXXX agreement at the time of signing. The student loan agency failed also in notifying a creditor that I disputed the debt that it has reported and has repetedly failed to conduct a reasonable investigation of my disputes, and, or correct or delete any of the inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information within 30 days ( or 45 days in some cases ) of receiving notice of your dispute. When the loan was opened with he assistance of a XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX it was stipulated in the loan agreement that due to my XXXX I would always receive mailed statements. No statements were ever mailed. My account was part of a system issues that removed my account from being billed. And, the billing status was never rectified.
