I purchased a prepaid net spend debit card from XXXX XXXX, in the amount of {$45.00} I followed the instructions in order to activate my card. Unfortunately, the card wouldn't allow me to activate, not allow me to have access in usage of the card I spoke with net spend about the issue that was encountering After speaking with more than five representatives, that appeared to be quite incompetent in assisting me I was informed that the card was not only restricted I would be issued out a check for {$39.00} within ten business days It's been over two weeks since this problem has occurred Net spend, or XXXX XXXX has not refunded my money Kindly rectify this matter please Cell ( XXXX ) XXXX Thank You XXXX XXXX
