On XX/XX/XXXX, my social security benefits were deposited to my pre-paid account while I was at work. A few hours later, I received text messages from XXXX indicating four ATM transactions had been made on my card. I called XXXX right away to let them know that while I was working I had received text messages indicating I made ATM withdrawals. I let them know I had used my card that morning to purchase a salad and the card was in my posession. I filed a fraud complaint and I was informed this morning that my claim was denied because they said I told them the charges were made on an unactivated card and that is why my claim was denied. I had the card since XXXX of XXXX and have used it up until XX/XX/XXXX. My claim did not state my card was not activated and I went over my previous charges with the customer service rep on the phone to confirm they were accurate. I am not sure how that came with a determination that made because that was inaccurate.
