On XX/XX/2022 I was scammed through XXXX XXXX by making a payment through XXXX. The scammer messaged me with the name XXXX XXXX to purchase my headphones that were priced at {$290.00}. Hi insisted on making an early payment before meeting and insisted on using XXXX. I provided my QR but they insisted my email address. They claimed to make the payment and I received an email saying that I could not receive the transaction because my account was not a business account. The instructions were that XXXX should send an addition al {$290.00} and I should directly refund him {$290.00} for me to receive the payment. They claimed to make the additional payment and I made a refund deposit following. An additional email came giving me the same instructions but for twice the amount. I reported this to Chase and XXXX to stop the transaction or make a dispute, but they claimed that these cases where out of their hands.
